Who builds it, and why.

Hi, I’m Danny. I built AudioHaven because I love audiobooks, but I kept running into content I didn’t want in my ears, with no good way to skip it short of abandoning a great story.

So I made one. AudioHaven filters audiobooks and podcasts in real time, right on your device, skipping flagged segments as you listen without ever altering the original audio. It’s built for families, faith communities, and anyone who wants more say over what they hear.

AudioHaven is a one-person operation. I design, build, and support every part of it myself, from the iOS and Android apps to the servers behind them. When you email support, you’re talking to me.

When I’m not writing code, I’m usually out on a trail. I recently finished the Wasatch Front 100, a 100-mile mountain race in Utah, and I bring that same stubbornness to making AudioHaven the best listening experience it can be.
